Carry Bags
We encourage Our customers to carry their own carry-bags, while placing the orders at Our physical stores. This small gesture will go a long way in saving the environment. However, if the customer still wishes to exercise the option of availing a carry bag provided by us, please note that such paper carry-bags are chargeable by the restaurants. Such chargeable paper carry-bags provided by the restaurant at the request of the customer typically do not carry the Son oF Rooster brand name and are charged to merely recover the cost of the carry bag which does not form part of the product cost.

Exclusion of Company’s liability:

This is for your information, that some of the Son oF Rooster stores operational in India, are run pursuant to a franchisee agreement entered between the Company and the respective franchisee. Upon the customer placing an order for a Son oF Rooster product on the website, the order may be fulfilled either by a store operated directly by the Company or by one of the franchisee stores.

Where the order goes to a franchisee store, the franchisees will be solely responsible for such sale of products including, in respect of quality and the transaction between the customers and such Son oF Rooster stores.
